Terms of service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, booking a session, or otherwise continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age where you live.

2. The Service

Plannerdly lets hosts publish booking pages, manage availability, sync calendars, receive bookings and, on eligible plans, use AI meeting preparation. Features depend on your plan (Free, Pro or Scale).

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@plannerdly.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or to send spam or unsolicited messages;
• infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
• upload malware, probe or test vulnerabilities, scrape, or interfere with the Service’s security or performance;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service, or get around plan limits or technical restrictions.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add (such as profile details, session descriptions and booking notes). You grant us a limited licence to host and process it only to provide the Service. AI meeting-prep suggestions may be inaccurate; review them before relying on them.

6. Our intellectual property

Customersify Inc. owns the Service and all related intellectual property, including the software, documentation, and the Plannerdly name and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your plan.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, renewal, taxes, cancellation and refunds for paid plans are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled; when you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. See our Refund Policy.

8. Service availability

We work to keep Plannerdly reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may close your account at any time. When access ends, we may delete your data after a reasonable period; contact us beforehand if you need an export.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses (such as lost profits, data or goodwill), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

11. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and disputes go to the courts of Toronto, Ontario. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not transfer your account without our consent; we may assign these Terms in a merger or acquisition. We may update these Terms and will post the new version with a new effective date.
