Privacy policy & cookie notice

Effective date: October 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Customersify Inc., operating as Plannerdly (“Plannerdly”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and safeguards personal information when you visit plannerdly.com, create an account, or book a session through a Plannerdly booking page (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you acknowledge the practices described here.

1. Who we are

Plannerdly is an online scheduling service operated by Customersify Inc., based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. For personal information collected from visitors and account holders, Customersify Inc. is the organization responsible (the “controller”). When a host uses Plannerdly to collect bookings from their own guests, the host decides why that guest information is collected and Plannerdly processes it on the host’s behalf.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us.

  • Account information — name, email address, password (stored in hashed form) or Google sign-in identifier, username, profile photo, job title, bio and time zone.
  • Booking information — when you book a session: your name, email address, selected date, time and time zone, meeting location, and any agenda, notes or answers you provide.
  • Host settings — availability, session types, rates, team membership and notification email.
  • Communications — messages you send us, launch-list signups and feedback.

Information collected automatically. Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, referring pages, and dates and times of access, collected through server logs and cookies (see Section 10).

Information from third parties. If you connect Google (for sign-in or Google Calendar), we receive basic profile details and, with your permission, calendar availability and the ability to create calendar events for bookings. We access only the data needed to provide scheduling features.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as health or financial account details. Please do not include such information in booking notes.

3. How we use information

  • To provide the Services — create accounts, display booking pages, schedule sessions, prevent double-booking and add events to calendars.
  • To send transactional messages, such as booking confirmations to hosts and guests, reminders and account notices.
  • To provide optional features, such as AI meeting preparation for eligible plans, using the booking details you or your host provide.
  • To maintain security, detect fraud or abuse, and enforce our terms.
  • To understand and improve the Services, where you have allowed analytics cookies.
  • To send product news or marketing, only where you have agreed; you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

4. Legal bases

Where privacy laws require a legal basis (for example, the EU/UK GDPR), we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Services you request); legitimate interests (securing and improving the Services, in a way that does not override your rights); consent (non-essential cookies and marketing — you may withdraw consent at any time); and legal obligation. In Canada we handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), with your knowledge and consent except where the law permits otherwise.

5. Sharing and service providers

We share personal information only as described below:

  • With hosts and guests — when you book, the host receives your booking details; guests see the host’s public profile and session details.
  • Service providers — trusted vendors that host our infrastructure and database, deliver email, provide calendar integration (Google) and AI processing. They may use information only to perform services for us and must protect it.
  • Paddle (Merchant of Record) — our online reseller Paddle.com processes the sale of paid plans, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing. Paddle handles payment details directly under its own privacy notice.
  • Professional advisers — lawyers, accountants and auditors where needed.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Plannerdly, our users or others.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Plannerdly’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. International transfers

Our service providers may store or process information outside your province or country, including in the United States and the European Union. When information is transferred, we use contractual and other safeguards to provide a comparable level of protection. Information held abroad may be accessible to authorities under local law.

7. Data retention

We keep account information while your account is active. Booking records are kept for as long as the host’s account is active or as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes and meet legal, tax or accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords and access controls that limit who can view records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and regulators as required by law.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • request deletion of your information;
  • object to or restrict certain processing, or request portability;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it for cross-context advertising);
  • lodge a complaint with a privacy regulator, such as the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your local data protection authority.

To exercise these rights, email hello@plannerdly.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days, or as required by applicable law. If you booked with a host, we may refer your request to that host.

10. Cookies

Cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) are small files stored on your device. We use the following categories:

  • Necessary — sign-in, security, booking functions and remembering your cookie choice. These are always on because the Services cannot work without them.
  • Analytics — help us understand how pages and the booking flow are used. Set only with your consent.
  • Marketing — used to measure campaigns and show relevant offers. Set only with your consent.

Your choice is stored for 180 days, after which we will ask again. You can change it at any time, or block cookies in your browser settings (some features may then stop working).

11. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
