Founding 100 offer terms

1. What you get

90 consecutive days of the Plannerdly Pro plan at no cost, including unlimited meeting types and AI meeting preparation. No payment card is required to claim.

2. Number of spots

The Offer is limited to exactly 100 spots, given on a first-come, first-served basis. The live counter on plannerdly.com shows how many remain. When all 100 spots are claimed, the Offer closes automatically and cannot be claimed again.

3. Who can claim

• You need a Plannerdly account in good standing.
• One spot per person and per account. Creating extra accounts to claim more spots is not allowed.
• Accounts already on a paid Pro or Scale plan do not need to claim.

4. When it starts and ends

Pro switches on the moment you claim. Your 90 days run continuously from that moment, and your dashboard shows the exact end date. The period cannot be paused, extended, or moved to another account.

5. After 90 days

Your account automatically returns to the Free plan unless you choose to upgrade. You will not be charged anything automatically, because no card is taken. Your account, bookings and booking pages stay in place; features beyond Free limits stop until you upgrade. If you upgrade to a paid plan during the Offer, the paid plan applies from then on.

6. No cash value

The Offer has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or credit, and cannot be sold or transferred.

7. Fair use and changes

We may cancel a spot that was claimed through fraud, multiple accounts, or a breach of our Terms of Service. We may end or change the Offer for future claims at any time, but spots already claimed keep their full 90 days.
